This is great for digestion and is simple to make.
-Buy fresh ginger
-Slice it into 1/4 inch pieces (Just chop from one end to the other)
-Place in plastic bag in the freezer
2) Make tea
-Boil 1 c water
-Pour over a few slices of frozen ginger
-Add about 1 TBS of lemon juice
Can add honey or enjoy as is!
