The easiest way to cook YUMMY HEALTHY FOODS is to have a well-stocked pantry. Here are items that I always have in my kitchen. When I run out of any of them, I add them to my weekly grocery list. Every week I purchase fresh vegetables. I recommend buying at least four or five vegetables each week.
