What if you had a manual to tell You how to get and stay healthy?

 You were brought into the world without a manual. Most of us know more about how our cars run than about how our bodies work. That's because we've been told to change the oil; replace tires, brakes, shocks; and bring the car in for regular tune-ups.
 
That's why I've put together this Roadmap to Health Program. 
Using the wisdom of Eastern Medicine, you’ll learn the principles of healthy eating, breathing, movement, meditation and connection.  You’ll go through the process of choosing a health goal specifically for you. You’ll receive a book to track your progress, and you'll get encouragement from me.  You'll also get a chance to reflect on what your experience has been like.

Ask yourself these questions.
  • Do you feel overwhelmed by all the health information out there?
  • Do you know deep down that there's a better way to live?
  • Do you want to lose weight?
  • Do you want to sleep better?
  • Do you want less pain, more ease?
  • Have you tried programs/diets/strict exercise plans only to go back to your regular habits?
  • Do you want to be taking less medication?
  • Do you want to spend more time with the people you love?
  • Are you interested in acupuncture and want to learn more about it?

If you answered YES to most of these, read on.
  • Are you willing to make simple, sustainable changes?
  • Are you willing to create time in your schedule for health and wellness (15min each day; 1/2 hr 3x/week;  or 1 1/2 hrs 1x/week)?
